a quick update on the weather for our launch this week.

 

As always, there is a lot of uncertainty at this point in the week, the final launch announcement will be Friday at noon.

 

Currently the Saturday does not look great. There will be rain on Friday, Saturday morning will be below freezing (we can't go on frozen grass, that would damage the farm's crop).  The high for the day is only 40 degree F. 75% cloud cover and the winds are very high, close to 20 mph.

 

Sunday looks a bit warmer, high of 48 degree F, only 25% clouds and winds at about 10 mph.

 

At the moment it looks like we should move the launch to Sunday.

 

Please make sure to check your email on Friday mid day for the final announcement.

 

We will open the signup for LCO, RSO and other volunteer functions once we know the launch day. Please help to run the launch!
